Sessions include private sauna rooms for up to 4, cool-down rooms, cold plunges, waterfall buckets, showers, refreshments and thoughtful extras:
Private sauna rooms
Sauna rooms are available exclusively for solo bookings and private groups of up to 4 people. Cleaned between each session.
Cold plunges & waterfalls
Invigorating cold plunge pools (5–7°C) and waterfall buckets are available to all clients in the shared space.
Private cool-down rooms
All sessions except ‘Express’ include a private cool-down room, attached to the sauna room, to refresh and be social.
Refreshments
Cool-down rooms feature a curated minibar, complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities, and seating.
Aromatherapy & skin care
A three-step ritual of sauna essence, aromatherapy and skin-care botanicals is available in the cool-down room.
Showers
All cabins feature a private indoor hot shower with natural body wash and shampoo formulations.
