💡 Temporary gift card workaround
Book a sauna session that’s a few months in the future – This will allow the lucky recipient to easily reschedule the booking for a time of their own choosing.
Rescheduling bookings takes just a few taps:
① In your ‘Booking confirmation’ email, tap the blue button
② Tap ‘Reschedule’ on the top right
③ Choose a day/time, confirm and your booking is rescheduled!
Please note:
Rescheduling is only possible up to 24hrs before the start of your booking.
You will be able to reschedule the date and time of your session, but not the session option or group size.
