As a tenant, we work within the structural constraints of the buildings we operate in. Unfortunately, this means we cannot always guarantee wheelchair access to our sauna and cold plunge facilities. We are open to hearing your feedback and strive to work with our partners so they may address access limitations in the future.

If you require assistance for any visual, audio or neurodivergent conditions please make a member of staff aware on arrival.
