How to reschedule a booking
① Log in above (your account is usually created at time of first booking)
② Select the booking you would like to reschedule.
③ Choose a new day/time, confirm and your booking is rescheduled!
Rescheduling is only possible up to 24hrs before the start of your booking
– You will be able to reschedule the date and time of your session, but not the session option or group size.
– If changing booking time from off-peak to a peak session, a payment for the balance will requested.
Booking cancellation
Cancellation
- To receive a full refund, clients must submit a cancellation form at least a day before the booking.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be entitled to a refund, unless an exception (below) is valid.
Exceptions
There are some special cases where the cancellation policy can be overridden:
- Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government-declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies.
- Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit travel.
- Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, civil disorder, and civil unrest.
- Natural disasters. Weather-based events that prevent travel to Rooftop Saunas.
- Family / personal emergencies. We reserve the right to offer cancellations to individual clients on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds take between 4 and 7 working days to be processed by Square (our payments processor)
