Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that plans change – Our system allows you to change your booking quickly and easily.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is only possible up to 24 hours before the start of your booking.
- You will be able to reschedule the date and time of your session, but not the session option or group size.
How to reschedule a booking
Rescheduling your booking is easy and takes just a few taps
- In your ‘Booking confirmation’ email, tap the blue button
- Tap ‘Reschedule’ on the top right
- Choose a day/time, confirm and your booking is rescheduled!
Cancellations
- To receive a full refund, clients must submit a cancellation form at least a day before the booking.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be entitled to a refund, unless it is a special case (below)
How to cancel a booking
- To cancel go to your Client Portal
- Complete the ‘Booking Cancellation Form’
Exceptions
There are some special cases where the cancellation policy can be overridden:
- Declared emergencies and epidemics: Government-declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies.
- Government travel restrictions: Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit travel.
- Military actions and other hostilities: Acts of war, hostilities, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, civil disorder, and civil unrest.
- Natural disasters. Weather-based events that prevent travel to Rooftop Saunas.
- Family / personal emergencies: We reserve the right to offer partial or full refunds to individual clients on a case-by-case basis.
