What’s the address of Rooftop Saunas Hackney, and how do I get in?

To enter:
① Use the ‘Netil Corner’ entrance on Bocking Street (just off Mare Street)
② Press ‘Directory’ then ‘Saunas’ on the door buzzer to be buzzed in.
③ Head up the stairs, following the Rooftop Saunas logos/arrows all the way up to the top.
*Note that ‘Netil Corner’ has a separate entrance to ‘Netil House’
What are the opening hours?
Rooftop Saunas Hackney is open 7 days a week.
Monday to Saturday:
7:30am ~ 22:30pm
Sunday:
10:00am ~ 20:00pm
*On bank holiday Sundays we are open from 10:00 ~ 22:30
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at the reception at 10 minutes before your session start time, with your full party, so we can check you in together.
What are the parking options nearby?
Booking & rescheduling
Can I reschedule my sauna?
You can easily reschedule your booking with just a few taps:
① In your ‘Booking confirmation’ email, tap the blue button
② Tap ‘Reschedule’ on the top right
③ Choose a day/time, confirm and your booking is rescheduled!
Please note:
– Rescheduling is only possible up to 24hrs before the start of your booking.
– You will be able to reschedule the date and time of your session, but not the session option or group size.
What’s your cancellation & refund policy?
To qualify for a refund you must contact us 24hrs before the start of your booking.
After the 24hrs you will not be entitled to a refund.

I can’t make my booking – Can I transfer my booking to my friend?
As everyone needs to read and sign our waiver terms & conditions prior to attending a sauna, tickets are non transferable.
Please contact us and we will do our best to transfer the booking.

I didn’t get a booking confirmation email?
If the email does not come through, please check your spam/junk folders.
The email will have come from Rooftop Saunas website and will be from one of these email addresses:

The only other option is if the email address has been mistyped. In this case send us an email or WhatsApp us asking us to double check.
*All our emails are sent securely, and are verified as being from rooftopsaunas.com at a domain level by SPF and DKIM.
How is payment taken?
Full payment is taken at the point of booking.
Do you offer Gift Cards?

💡 Temporary Gift Card workaround:
Book a sauna session that’s a few months in the future – This will allow the lucky recipient to easily reschedule the booking for a time of their own choosing.
Rescheduling bookings takes just a few taps:

Does a Gift Card allow the recipient to choose their sauna time?
Yes, a Sauna Gift Cards can be used to book at any date/time as long as the Gift Card ordered allows it.

Will my sauna still go ahead if it rains or there is bad weather?
Yes, the saunas and seating areas are enclosed and have cover.
My group size is more than 4 people – What are our options?

Do you take walk-ins (arriving without a booking)?
Yes, we do, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Facilities
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, there are changing rooms toilets which are both unisex. Each sauna also has space for changing and hooks for hanging belongings.
Are there showers?
Yes, each private sauna cabin has an indoor hot shower.
Is there soap or body wash at the private shower?
Yes, each sauna cabin has a private shower with (currently ‘Faith In Nature’) body wash available
Do you have towels or gowns to rent?
You must bring your own towel.
What should I wear on my feet?
Please bring sensible shoes to wear outside the sauna. The flooring is a mixture of wood and tiling, so bare feet is not advised. You can be barefooted inside the sauna and showers. Flip flops/slipper/slip on shoes would be best.
Is there anywhere I can leave my valuables?
Yes, you can leave your belongings at your private sauna using the hooks provided. Rooftop Saunas does not take responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Are drinks included in the price?
For ‘Sauna Experience ’and ‘Extended Sauna Experience’ sessions cans of still and sparkling mineral water are available in the mini bar for free. Tea making facility is also free for these sessions.
For ‘Express Sauna’ sessions, taps are available for filling your bottles etc.
Is there food available?
There is no food available at the Rooftop Saunas, however you can visit Netil360 rooftop bar & pizzeria (just hop through the gate) after your sauna and order food there.
*Note that a booking at Rooftop Saunas Hackney allows you to skip any entry queue that Netil360 might have (a huge deal on those sunny days!)
The experience
What should I wear for my sauna?
When outside the sauna and showering, you must wear a swimsuit/bathing suit at all times.
You may be nude inside the sauna for an authentic experience, but you must wear a towel to go inside and sit on a towel when inside.
Do I have to share the saunas with strangers?
No, the saunas are private. You will only share the saunas with your own group. You must not switch between the saunas.
Do all the sauna cabins and session options have a view?
All cabins and cool down space have incredible views of the city – You can escape to your private sanctuary in the sky
Can I bring my dog to the sauna?
Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the sauna area.
Can I come with my children/baby?
Rooftop Saunas are strictly over 18’s. This is due to our licensing.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Please do not bring any food or drinks into the venue. If you would like to bring an empty reusable water bottle you can.
However, you can visit Netil360 bar & restaurant after your sauna and order food from there.
Do you allow pregnant women or customers with a medical condition?
Please refer to our sauna usage policy for guidance. Pregnant women are not advised to use saunas.
Can I go to Netil360 straight after my sauna? Do I have to queue?
Yes, you can go straight to Netil360 bar & restaurant (just hop through the gate) after your sauna and you do not have to queue for entry (a huge deal on those sunny days!)
