1. I understand that I am responsible for my own health and well-being when using all the amenities provided at Rooftop Saunas, including but not limited to the use of sauna rooms, cold plunges, showers and changing rooms.
2. I understand the risks involved in undergoing all activities provided at Rooftop Saunas, and should I have any health concerns, I agree to consult a medical professional before using any services provided at Rooftop Saunas.
3. I understand that all items brought into and/or left in the premises are entirely at the risk of the client or their guests.
4. I acknowledge and understand that the activities and use of facilities provided by Rooftop Saunas involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
5. I understand that I am not allowed to do the activities if pregnant.
6. I understand that after a cold plunge, it is advised that I let my body heat up naturally and that Rooftop Saunas does not condone going back into a sauna room to heat up. I understand that if I go against these instructions, I do so at my own risk.
7. I confirm that I understand the risks of consuming alcohol whilst using Rooftop Saunas’ facilities and agree to only consume it in the designated areas and not within the sauna room.
8. I understand that water is the only drink I am allowed to bring into the premises.
9. I understand that the sauna managers have the right to refuse entry or terminate a session if they deem it necessary for safety, health, or other reasonable grounds.
10. I agree to make staff or management aware of any concerns or issues I have during my visit.
11. I understand that I assume all risks, including but not limited to those arising from failure to adhere to instructions or House Rules.

I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the capacity to enter into this agreement. By signing in the box below, I confirm that I will adhere to the House Rules, and I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Liability Waiver. I am signing it voluntarily without any coercion or undue influence. I understand that I am encouraged to seek independent legal advice if I have any concerns about the Liability Waiver.

This Liability Waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or related to this Liability Waiver will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
